The first team didn't have a player over 80 lol, 2nd team I did bring Victor Ohman and Dylan Olsen with me though, and they had Elias 86, so they weren't as bad.
Once again, this thread is not about helping the less fortunate; its about sparking more trades.
If we are sticking with current rosters, which its obvious we are, I still think the idea of having 6 draft picks will help do so, more things to trade and possibly to place the worst rated legend joining the league that year into the draft, but as I stated before, the top teams likely would just trade for all those top end picks.

I have just about every year built my team up to have 8 guys over 86. Only to then pick a team that is trying to build his team up and offer him a trade for acouple of them. Then build it back up and do it again. If a team is making an effort to build there team, I don't mind. But they better not turn around and trade them away for nothing.

Putting the higher OA players left over from auction into the draft might help too.

Putting the higher OA players left over from auction into the draft might help too. That would essentially kill the auctions though.

Putting the higher OA players left over from auction into the draft might help too. We have thought about stuff like that, but we have to keep auctions interesting at the same time.

The thread is going in the wrong direction. It's not about giving legends into a draft or adding higher overalls in the draft - It's about getting rid of the same players on the same teams. GM's are too stubborn to trade their "fav" players off of their team. They've traded for guys they like and will never trade them away.
