It's going to be 6 keepers periodically. I believe the goal is to have 6 keepers every game changeover... everytime NHL 13/14/15/16 comes.

This is why I want to put it out there and see what people think. He was getting players he likes. We just need to find out what everybody else thinks

Alright, well I think it's time to bring this up with everyone else on this site. Give it a few days to hear some of the members opinions/thoughts. Unless something drastic occurs, I think this happens. It's just a matter of when.
