I will allow you guys to decide what will happen here. Message I just received from Hockeydude83, Toronto's GM:

You don't have to sugar coat it pens. You can tell me that you didn't like me either and that's why i got booted. You and CBJ are admins and have final say. Just because they felt that way, you still had the final decision and apparently you felt the same way as they did.

As for the starting shit thing. I don't get it. Sure i make fun of the leafs in the chat box, everybody does. Everybody here knows that i'm a habs fan and habs fans razz the fuck outta leaf fans. It's not personal, its a rivalry. I don't have a high post count, so the c-box is the only place where i apparently "start shit". They can't solely boot me for that because Corr and Isles start a whole lot of shit and they're still here.

As for the low post count. I didn't really find it necessary for me to post under "what i'm listening to" and "my nhl10 dynasty" just so that i can get my post count up. I'm not saying that it's stupid or anything like that, i'm just saying that it wasn't for me.

Trades. Apparently that was another factor. I know for a fact, that this would have been brought up by oilers and philly. They are always on my back about my unwillingness to let some players go. Well, guess what? I'm not gonna make trades just for the sake of making trades. It may seem like i never trade, its just that i'm proposed trades i don't like and get harassed when i don't pull the trigger.

I still think its bullshit that my team was taken away. I show up for every draft (if i don't i send a list). I'm on every single day (just because i don't post in the c-box or a thread while i'm here, doesn't mean i'm not here), and i participate in the predictor weeks. I'm not sure exactly what more i have to do? I can back off on the leaf bashing in the c-box if it hurts edmonton's feelings.

I also don't think that i should have to re-apply for my team because i still feel it shouldn't have been taken in the 1st place.

Well, that's my rant. Not sure if it helped or hurt my chances of getting back my team, but i felt like i needed to tell you why i did and do the things i do around here.

Obviously the other 2 guys don't want a team. The guy that got Detroit was on here waiting every day. I would give him back his team as he is one of the few that are at every draft

I agree, I somehow missed that he is here for almost all events and does indeed hand in his keeper lists every season too.

I think in the future that is something we need to look at. Whether guys are here for the draft and if not did they hand a list in.

I have never had a problem with the Toronto GM...I hate how when someone gets booted, they always blame it on an admin or mod not liking them. I think he has a legit reason to come back to the league, and get his team back.
I'm not here all the time, but when I am here and he is as well, there is never anything that makes me want to look at him differently other than he is like every other GM. I don't have a lot of posts, the only reason I do is because I've been here since Day 1.
That's my thought.
Either way, I know the right decisions will be made for the league.

Allabouthockey was on the other day, but he obviously doesn't care enough to check the waiting list or he could have had Toronto already.

This is where I'm stuck, Lutz and HD83 are similar, yet completely different, both were on all the time, but not active, if you know what I mean, Lutz doesn't attempt to start shit where as HD83 does, both have intelligent and dumb moments. I'm not really sure what to do. Based on what HD83 was saying to me in the cbox the toher day, I'm not eager to vote him back in, but if I vote for Lutz and he fucks up again, there goes all of my credibility. So I'm stuck on what to do.

I am not a fan of either Lutz or HBO hockey (whatever his name was) but I can't say I'm sold on either of the two waiting list fellows.

I honestly didn't like him Buffalo, started too much crap. I would gladly welcome him back if he started trying to not start fights and such. My vote goes to Lutz, he's just as active as some on here and I'm sure after this "warning"(whatever you want to call it) he has learned his lesson. I will gladly accept any blame or criticism if he is indeed inactive still, but I think someone who was contending for a mod position not too long ago is worth reinstating and keeping around.

I don't think either were bad GM's we would just like more from them if possible. Would be great to have more involved in nightly conversations. Some say they don't know anybody. I really don't know anybody. But I would consider most of you my friends as we have all been together here for along time now.

I to have voted for Lutz, as I agree with Caps statement, I think this was an eye opener, and maybe with a new team he can get a new start, make some trades and get a bit more active, especially if he knows he'll be watched from now on.
