Size must be the size of the current banner, and must include "NHL 10 - A new beginning" or something around that somewhere in the banner. Everything else is up to the artist.
Winner will receive a prize to be announced at a later date by the league. I promise you, it is a VERY good prize and is worth giving your best effort.
Things such as jersey changes, etc., are valued greatly and will likely get you more votes. Submission deadline is Thursday at 3:00 AM EST (12:00 AM PST), and then the poll will go up.
