Today on "The Sloppy Second" i sat down with Pittsburgh Penguins General Manager and League Commish, HockeyFan101. On this edition Hockeyfan tells everyone about which player he wants on his team right now, how to get Crosby or Kovy in a deal and what he actually thinks of Flames GM Cor99 after their "scrap" 2 days back. Let's get right to it.
1) What are your thoughts on your team's start? Is there anything your not liking about it?
Average, as usual, all my teams start off shitty, then turn it on, and fuck up in the playoffs Minnesota-style. Hopefully we won't do that again.
2) We all know Crosby is your franchise player, along with Kovy, if someone gave you a offer for ethier, what would have to be included for it to be somewhat acceptable?
There is only one player I would want. Naming who it is would be tampering and in direct violation of NHL rules, so I can't. You must know better than that Cor.
3) In your opinion, other than your team who has the best shot at the cup this season?
Columbus Mike Bossy (*cough* I mean, Columbus Blue Jackets *cough*).
4) In your division who is your toughest competition and why? Out of division? why?
New Jersey, by far. His team's fuckin rigged every year.
5) If you wanted to change one thing about the league right now what would it be?
Kick NJ out so my team would have a chance.
6) You and Flames GM Cor99 got into a 2 day "scrap" what are your thoughts about him now after the dust has settled? (be truthful pretend i'm not evening reading it)
As you wish, I'll pretend your not "evening" reading it.
I think mistakes were made on both sides of the card, but now it's over, and nobody really appeared to give a fuck in the first place, so nobody does now either.
7) If you could make one REALISTIC trade right now what would it be? Why?
Darren Haydar for Alexander Ovechkin. Not sure why Anaheim wouldn't want to do it, but hey, what can you do...
8) What is your expectation and prediction on your team's success?
Huge playoff run to get me excited, before a major fuck-up in the final. That's my expectation. My prediction/hope? A Cup win.
9) What GM gave you the worst offer you've ever recieved? what was the offer?
There's been alot. STL offered me Mr. Injury Daniel "Babyface" Briere for Kane, a flat out no there (Briere's also one of the few people in the league who's actually SHORTER than Kane). Other than that, none that I can remember.
10) Are YOU a Sloppy Second?

11) Out of everyone in the League, who is the biggest sloppy second?
