Apparently because Copps Coliseum is too old for Bettman's preference.

Buffalo has to approve the move to Hamilton as it is within 50 miles of them. Or so I've been told.

Buffalo(14th) also has a higher attendance than Edmonton(15) and Boston(18), so I have a feeling that more than just Leaf fans watch hockey games in Buffalo.

Well Copps is now getting a huge upgrade by Balsille, his buying of the team stays in league rules according to the person who helkped write the rule book (relocation program) which also means Balsille is doing a good job at following league policy of relocating the Coyotes, Gretzky is backing Balisille because any other buyer will Fire him,
and Balsille is staying quiet while the league is making a useless attempt to get our support
WINNER = Jim Balsille
