Pens has just stated that the great Hal Gill is a Plug. This my friends is not the least bit true. Hal Gill is perhaps the most promising defensemen out there. He is a guy who will block some nice shots and he'll stand up for his teammates when he needs to. He is after all 6'7. The 33 year old was drafted 207th overall in the 1993 draft. He's played almost 800 games in the NHL and has about 750 PIMs! But he is best known in the whole league for his awesome defensive plays and to be more specific, his shot blocking. Pretty good for someone who was drafted 207th overall.....

And he is an overpaid benchwarmer in NHL 09. Real life does not equal NHL 09 Sharks. Almost all of your arguments seem to fall back to real life, not the game. Pens has just stated that the great Hal Hill is a Plug. I never said that. Hal Hill isn't a plug, Hal Gill is.  |

Well for the sharks I'm sure he'll do great. He's a good 3rd liner as far as I'm concerned. He'll prolly get about 20 points of his own. If my players are happy then I'm happy  |

Hal Gill is a very good defenseman in REAL LIFE, but not in the game.

Why wouldn't he get 20 points? He has done it in both the seasons in Toronto. I think he'll exceed 20 points but 20 points is just my expectation
