You're basing it on name?? Yes, these No-GM trades are not supposed to be a first resort thing. They're suppose to be hard and usually go slightly in the favour of the other team in order to go through. Or atleast meets there needs. There is no reason for Buffalo to really do this, so why do it? Especially if they prefer their guy.
