Right now, the poll is crystal clear. The terms are crystal clear. Adding changes in the poll thread is confusing and can muddy the results of the poll. If more was being decided, the discussion should not have been closed prematurely.

I feel none of mine were listed expect a modified version that made it much more similar to yours, while somehow was still in tact. This doesn't backpedal us at all if the poll was never properly done. I find it shocking that you want to roll with them when they are all pretty much your ideas or very similar to it.

The ones that were along the same strategy-vein were supported by others, yes. That was what I posted. Every suggestion/modification that had support by other members aside from the suggester.

You already told us this wasn't going to be concrete and that this was mostly just up for a view of what people were most interested in leaning toward, and then instead of just taking the information here and moving forward, you're shitting all over everything like fucking babies.

Just let the poll run it's course, collect the information, then create a staff chat to iron out some details and really dive in based on WHAT THE LEAGUE'S MAJORITY VOTE SHOWS THEIR INTEREST IN.

It's not that hard. What is hard is not cluttering ANOTHER thread with more "i hate this and i hate that and nobody loves me" bullshit. Use this for information and move on. We all get it. You hate everything. Use the information to your advantage.

Which is exactly what I was saying... until I saw an issue of when I said that, Canes claimed that was causing issue and if an option one, just leave it alone and don't modify it at all. Since he'd like a concrete poll, I'd like my opinion to be apart of it, not just his.

again. we know YOUR EXACT OPINION wasn't share. We know that 'Canes shared an abbreviated opinion. We know that this is not concrete. We know that other changes will be made as the three of you discuss it more indepth.

But do that AFTER YOU COLLECT INFORMATION

You know, like when politicians send out phone calls to see why you may or may not like them and simply ask for a YES or NO answer. No maybies, no yes but because of this or no but because of that.

Just yes or no and shut up and move forward with the information you collected.

Then, when the poll is closed because somewhere around 15 people voted, the admins can get together with the mods in a nice little staff chat and say "these were the top selections, how do we make them work" and then you have a little chit chat and you guys go "cool" or "yeah that works" or "how about we go with two and people get to pick which one suits them best and we do that"

you know... like fucking staff are supposed to do. I feel ridiculous having to explain how this process works...

Step 1 - This poll is an experiment.
Step 2 - You collect the data and compare it to your hypothesis.
- Your Hypothesis is: "If we propose different ideas, will people still want to keep everything the same?"
Step 3 - See if people prefer new ideas over the current formula.
Step 4 - do further evaluations.

What I'm saying is when one person starts saying that this isn't an experiment and it's concrete, then I have an issue.

Yeah, I'm on board with the whole idea of seeing how this poll plays out. Hopefully some MEMBERS also contribute and state what they feel on these ideas.

From there, I think the admins should etch out a final, concrete idea which will be official.

For now, let's see what the majority want in terms of a structure and than we decide on the final ideas.

Edit: Further, instead of viewing this as the "official" only options. View this as a framework for where we're headed. What the majority wants, we'll try and "fine tune" in the end.
