But doesn't this still leave you with what you said was your major problem - everyone could have 10 89s? I thought that was the deal-breaker for you.

(this suggested change is more acceptable to me than any of the above, I am just seeking clarification, as that was your main concern since this was posted and is not resolved here, but your opinion changed 180 degrees because of it)
