My thinking is, that forward positions don't matter a whole lot. The majority of teams that I have seen have centers playing wing and that's all this deal does.
The overalls are even and the Sens get Alex Goligoski, who if I remember correctly is a very good producer.
They don't give up a whole lot on forward (other then just losing a position player) and upgrade their D pretty good.

If it was a team with a manager I wouldn't have a problem as they could adjust there roster, but EA does a horrible just with best line. They did a good job in 09 or 10 but have sucked badly ever since. If I had a RW to trade you I would but these are difficult with EA now.

Just curious, but how do you complete a non-gm here then?
Overalls were even. It's a fair deal, but it gets rejected because a guy is a C instead of a RW? Seems sorta stupid. C's play anywhere, about like 85% of the league has C's playing W.

C's play anywhere, about like 85% of the league has C's playing W. Make the deal worthwhile for the Non-GM. They have no reason to downgrade their top players for a slight upgrade on a player that they'll lose to the draft. |
