Should we allow No-GM trades moving forward? We have mods to mod the deals. We have clear overalls. Just make sure they are even ratings in the end, or maybe only a 1 overall difference in multi-player deals or something? Thoughts?

Ya sure I'm fine with it, but I'd rather not have them a point of focus for people. But I feel it might be necessary based on the lack of movement lately.

yes, I am good with it. But I will negotiate on behalf of the teams. Or somebody else. We need to make sure these teams still have value when new people do come along also

No offense Pens, but I always found it easy to trade with you, we need someone who will be a pain in the ass hahaha.
But on second though, I feel I would just reject everything and nothing would get done.
I kind of like the idea of just posting a deal and seeing what the mods say. That way it generates more activity, even if its controversy.

Yeah, I like just posting too, because it gets a lot more debate going, and we have great mods, so...yeah. If you want it to be tough, you can make it so the Non-GM team is never going down in ratings or something like that. But I think mods are good and capable in these cases. Especially here where the ratings are so clear and the system so familiar.

Yes to the original question. The only thing is that we have to make sure teams with no GMs have updated rosters.

yes, they all are right now. Every team that I did keepers for were also updated when I did them
