Really, though the GMX is a completely different sim site experience. You apply for a team (rather than claim one), The Owner gives you broad goals that he would like to see met for his team, and you do them (or not) while making the team your own.
Having a rough time with the team's owner? Goals? Step down! Apply for a new team. Hell, a team might even contact you begging for your services.
No more locked up players on unfilled teams - unfilled teams can be traded with! In fact unfilled teams are a good thing on The GMX! They provide more movement for GMs, should they be fired, or resign.
- No more frozen players on empty teams!
- No more locked up forever players!
- No more stagnation or repetition. Your goals are always changing and updated! So you can still win, even if you don;t win the Cup!
