You can't change the damn rules half way through, sorry jersey but this one goes to tampa hands down, no contest. Don't do a fucking vote on a mistake YOU made, accept the mistake and move on. this is not a mistake, the rules clearly state that if a gm bids $10,060,000 that player automatically become yours. yea i know about that 100k rule but if there is a 100k rule then why would there be a max out rule in teh first place...

they max out so you can't pay them more than league max...my previous post (which has since been buried) outlines that.

I understand both arguements totally. I think a decision needs to be made and move on. There are three more staff to vote and yours doesnt't count.

ur going by one rule and ignoring another, ur only following the 100k rule but it clearly states BEFORE the 100k rule that if a GM bids 10.06mill they will automatically get the player

YOU CAN NOT MAKE THAT BID WITHOUT VIOLATING A RULE. SO YOU CAN NOT BID MAX. IN THIS CASE, THE PLAYER GOES FOR LESS THAN MAX.

we can't wait until tomorrow at midnight to make a decision becuase NewJersey won't have a chance to bid on other goalies. THis just needs to be settled now. So we can move on. Jersey has him and Tampa is already bidding on other goalies. Lets just leave it the way it is and Clarify the rule and move on.

Because I was not on Pro. Tampa was not on Pro. And many others from this league were not on Pro. This is NOT pro. This is better. And bullshit should not be tolerated. This, clearly, was bullshit. Rookie members getting shafted for reading the rules.
Also, if it happened on Pro, why wasn't it included in the rules?

The people that will agree with me haven't voted. Either overrule the deal NOW, or let everyone vote. The rules are what we have to go by now. Until staff vote to overrule them.

because tehy went by the rules of if a GM bids 10.06mill they automattically get that player, its a very simple rule to go by

The rules need to be altered ASAP, like right now, if we are going with this situation so this doesn't happen again, this year, or years to come.
