ANNOUNCEMENT: Created Players Rating Boost

Hi all,

To rectify a mistake made when we switched over from NHL 12 to NHL 13, next season onward all created players on here (i.e. Nathan MacKinnon, Seth Jones, Nail Yakupov, etc.) will be going up. Most by two ratings, but there are a couple exceptions - Boone Jenner (who will go up 3 to become a 79) and Viktor Fasth (who will go up 1 to become a 78).

Since this change is not occurring until the end of the season, there is no need for you to change the ratings on your keeper list, they will go off of whatever rating the player has this year. In addition, now if you originally had a created guy as one of your draftees, you can rectify that if you so wish (I believe I saw Seth Jones TWD 81 going into the draft for one team - since he's now becoming an 83, you might want to protect him for example). Since these new ratings will be going into effect NEXT season, there is no need to update your roster now.

To anyone who may have been fucked over by this (myself included, trading Granlund who will now become an 80 to Carolina for Hodgson 78), I apologize, this needed to be done - the rookies we were bringing in each year very rarely got into the lineup, this should now change.
