Having made about 14 suggestions on this site over the last 5 years, and having all of them shot down (even the ones with league support), I suggest we remove the suggestion thread. It takes up space on an already crowded thread, and gives people the false sense of open-mindedness to improvement. Based on a PM communication I just had with Pens, he has informed me that nothing will ever change here, so suggestions are useless.
He informed me that it is not a problem with the site admin has 5 players rated over 90, and some teams have 0, and that despite the fact that half of the members of the site who are not staff are afraid of him banning them for no reason, he is happy that way.
So with this being the case, why not remove this silly old section, and just clean up a bit?

Or you could say an admin who PMs a member telling him there is no point in suggesting anything ever since he is unwilling to make any changes could be stirring the pot...either works

Why don't you all just scamper away to your other sim leagues and talk shit about this one and how it's different and how it's unfair it's lasted for so long. No, no. The problem is very clear. You all bitch about this league without putting much effort into trying to better yourselves. Nobody said it's easy. Hell, it took me over 20 fucking seasons to put fourth a team that wins the cup. 20. But let's continue to bitch because we make approximately 10 posts a year on here and send out 3 proposals a season thinking our teams will magically become some cup champions. You're just trying to start some royal feud on here that'll eventually make the league dismantle and all your little crappy sim leagues will become filled with members from here. Continue on your crusades. Oh, but wait I guess I'm bending over for the admins on here, right? Despite agreeing with some of the suggestions you guys have brought fourth. Especially the last one you made which was unfortunately for you shut down because most of the league didn't like it. I'm sick and tired of these type of posts from you priviledged kids. Go smoke some marijuana, get high, get drunk, do a line of coke, hell do some E if you want. Buy yourself a hooker or go get laid by some milf. Come back, chit chat, make some effort, drunk or high, on improving your team and stop trying to be some noble comic book hero... or villain, since you're just trying to start shit. Did I ever once complain about winning/losing? All I have ever said is let people build their teams the way they can. If we are looking at haves and have nots, I would consider my team a haves. But they aren't guys I would build a cool team from, hence suggesting ways to let people build their teams in a fair way.
