Injuries ON; Salary Cap ON Huselius 84 - Carter 87 - Nash 89 Umberger 84 - Brassard 83 - Vermette 84 Boll 79 - Pahlsson 83 - Johansen 80 Gilles 75 - Prospal 82 - Dorsett 79 Letestu 79 - Mackenzie 79 Tyutin 81 - Wisniewski 83 Martinek 80 - Methot 80 Clitsome 78 - Lebda 79 Nikitin 76 Mason 84 Sanford 79 I place Jeff Carter, Steve Mason and Huselius on the block. I'm expected to get 36 wins (on hard lol) this season. We go 3-1-0, with mason getting 3 shutouts, but letting 4 goals in the final game. Vermette leads us with 3 goals. Before the opener, Winnipeg offers me a 13' 1st and a 12' second. I ask for the 12' 1st and add in a 13' 4th. They reject so I tale their original offer. Toronto offers me Jake Gardiner and a 12' 1st for Jeff Carter and two 6ths. I decide to pass on it for now. We win the opener 2-0, and Mason posts another shutout against Nashville. We finish the month 6-6-0, and we are leading our division! Wooooooo By Christmas we are an unbelievable 21-10-3 and sit 3rd in r The west Despite this we are still sellers. By the time all-star break rolls around, we are 28-15-6 and I claimed Zach Smith off of waivers. Fedor Tytutin was our rep at the game, and he was minus 2. At the trade deadline we are 37-19-6..... Were second in the NHL and the west behind San Jose, who already have 95 points. Back with the Deadline...

Trade Deadline day, I left Nash, Carter and Mason on the block.
FLA offers Campbell and a 2nd for Nash. No ANA offers Visnovsky and a 4th for Nash. Nah ANA offers me the exact same deal again.... No thanks? LAK offers me Scuderi, Richardson and a 3rd for Johanson and Letsu. I pass WIN offers me a 4th and 5th in 13' for Cody Bass. Sure STL offers me Jackman and 2 2nds for Nash..... No CHI offers me Patrick Sharp and a 5th for Jeff Carter, Sami Pahlsson and Ryan Russel. Sharp is having a better season, costs less and is only signed for 5 more years. I accept.
That ends the Trade Deadline.
I claim Tim Jackman off of waivers from STL
Sharp 88 - Vermette 84 - Nash 89 Umberger 84 - Prospal 82 - Johansen 80 Boll 79 - Smith 80 - Jackman 80 Letestu 79 - Mackenzie 79 - Dorsett 79 Gilles 75
Tytutin 82 - Wisniewski 83 Martinek 80 - Methot 80 Clitsome 78 - Lebda 79 Nikitin 76

With two weeks left in the season, we sit with a record of 41-25-8, good for 4th in the West. I claimed Ty Conklin off of waivers to add stability behind Steve Mason.
We finish the season 43-29-10, and sit 4th.
We will face the Avs in the 1st round of the playoffs.
