I thought of a modest way to help those more needy I believe the playoffs teams (or maybe even just SCF) should have to add an extra player into the draft, or give the non playoff teams an extra keeper. This will result in non-playoff teams getting improved depth (especially if a team like Pens has to add an extra 83ish player). This rule can be fiddled around with until there is one everyone can agree on. Thoughts?

Yes, punish a team for being good.

Give up 6, get 5. Doesn't make sense to me.
The extra keeper thing might be okay.

I like the non-playoff teams getting an extra keeper. It works very well actually.

yeah I figured that one would be better. Think it could go through the senate (such a sweet job).
