All 14 of Season 18's non-playoff teams will enter the draft lottery, and the team that wins the draw will move up 4 spots (maximum), meaning that although a team outside the top 5 can win the draft lottery, only the five lowest-finishing teams in the league are eligible for the 1st overall pick. As such, no team can drop more than one spot. Odds of winning the draft lottery and eligible teams are as follows: Odds of Winning the 1st Overall Pick48%  19%  14%  11%  8%  Odds of Winning the Draft Lottery25% 19% 14% 11% 7% 6%  5%  4%  3%  2%  1%  1%  1%  1%  |

lol that pens had 3% Grats Leafs! Even if I had somehow won the draft lottery I probably would have redone the lottery again because no one would ever believe me  |
