Going to do something a little different.
I will take over a team, TRY and win a cup, EVERY year.
Will only play 3 games MAX in a season, so it could be a need win in a series. But only 3 games the entire season.
After each GM contract is up I will not remain with the organization, win or lose.
I will take the shortest deal each time and just randomly pick the team that offered the contract.

The first team will be randomized, and has been randomized.

Opener defeat Buffalo 4-3
I notice Jeff Carter hasn't been re-signed by Philly, he is looking for a 1 year $2.25M deal, I offer 1 year $2.45M, compensation is a 2nd round pick.
Philly doesn't match the offer and I get Carter.
This happens 2 weeks into the year, team is 4-0. I keep Carter in the minors for now, see how the team plays.
End October 10-4-1, I'll keep Carter in the Minors, for now.
Need defense more than offense. Might look to move Carter & bottom 4 D for an upgrade
