All 14 of Season 15's non-playoff teams will enter the draft lottery, and the team that wins the draw will move up 4 spots (maximum), meaning that although a team outside the top 5 can win the draft lottery, only the five lowest-finishing teams in the league are eligible for the 1st overall pick. As such, no team can drop more than one spot. Odds of winning the draft lottery and eligible teams are as follows:
