October 9th
Hab fans will be happy to see Price back in the net but not so happy about the canadiens ruff start to the season as they drop their first two games.
Byfuglien, Kaberle and Gilmour showing their skills early on as Kaberle records two goals and an assist.

One of the loses were in OT so the fans cant fault Prices performance as he allowed 6 in from 70 shots between the two games.

Habs drop two games in a row as they fall to Jersey 7 to 3 and then Ottawa 8 to 3.
In both games the Habs were outshot as Price faced 84 shots between the two games.
The Canadiens have had this problem before a need to bring their shots on goal % up or this slump will continue no doubt.
On a brighter note the Habs have signed Dman Francis Bouillon from free agency as they try to add more depth to the D.
October 25th
Montreal drop their 3rd game in a row as they lose to the Coyotes 6 to 2.
Montreal tied them in shots but either Price is off his game or the D are sleeping.

"Were either on or were not but we cant win them all but we can look at the tape now and see where we made our mistakes",says Montreal GM Punisherofools after the game.
The Canadiens problem seems to be on the LW where not much is taking place in the goal Department.
The recent talk of Cammalleri coming back to the Habs maybe just what the Habs need.
"Some experience on the LW would make a difference but it has not been comfirmed that he is coming back to Montreal,"said Habs GM.

Ruslan Fedotenko will be a great loss to Montreal but i think the GM is planing on filling that spot with Cammalleri.

It would be a shame to lose such a skilled player.

"We are in the works to aquire goaltender Alex Auld from Toronto as we feel he will be another solid tender to use if so needed."
