Size must be the size of the current banner, and must include "EA NHL Simulation" and "Season 13" somewhere in the banner. Everything else is up to you, the artist.
Winner will receive a bonus 3rd round pick (at the end of the round) in this season's draft. That player you gave up will be released into the FA auction pool.
Things such as jersey changes, etc., are valued greatly and will get you more votes. Everyone get yours in, and then the poll will go up.
Get your submissions in ASAP.

Whats with the turtle thing in the middle? Not sure it has anything to do with hockey unless you use it shell as a puck.
