Who cares if they go up in 2010? This is an 09 league, that's completely irrelevant. It's the double standard that is annoying to me, when we made the leage no-cap one of the staff (not me or Oilers) said trades are going to have to be almost even to be accepted. This isn't close to be even. Who said that?

Sorry NJ/Bos, but just looking at the breakdown of this deal I cannot accept. I have to reject.

I honestly don't see why you people are shooting this down.
I'm also a little confused about why a certain GM that came very close to beating this offer is shooting it down...
Trade mods should be for when someone that doesn't know what they're doing gets fleeced. NJ knows and has said himself he's paying a high price but feels this is worth it.
There's a fine line between stopping completely unfair trades and trying to control everything teams do that I believe is being crossed here.
*shakes head*

We've made it completely clear why were shooting it down, if you're unsure, may I suggest you go back and read the thread over?

We've made it completely clear why were shooting it down, if you're unsure, may I suggest you go back and read the thread over? You know what I meant, but since you don't understand implied statements I'll say it this way. I read your reasons, I just do not agree with them. You guys are just looking at the overalls of this deal and tossing it out. Deals should be rejected based on how they impact a team both short and long term. Not by the overalls you see in this thread.

I need to know what's going on here for a couple other deals so...
what round do you people want the pick upgraded to to put this through?

I'll accept if it's a 1st rounder.
Anything less and my reject sticks.

since that's impossible thanks to the old GM throwing away my firsts for 3000 years...
how about if I leave the 5th in there and upgrade to a 2nd?
