GMs, congrats on another great season here at EA NHL Simulation. Every year, this league justs keeps getting stronger and stronger, and really, it is thanks to you, the fantastic group of GMs we are blessed to have, for keeping the league afloat.

Anyway, onto what you guys are reading this for, the Season 8 Awards! Congratulations to all winners, with special congratulations going out to our Stanley Cup Champions, the Florida Panthers, guided by a GM with the fitting username of "Champ." For the second consecutive season, an 8th seed has been built all the way to a Stanley Cup title. Amazing.

Also, cross off your calendars GMs, our Draft will be on Monday at 7:00 PM EST (4:00 PM PST). Bonus rounds for those who show up! You may now remove your draftees from your rosters as well.

Stanley Cup
Awarded to the victor of the NHL playoffs.



Presidents' Trophy
Awarded to the team finishing the regular season with the best overall record.



Clarence S. Campbell Bowl
Awarded to the team which advances to the Stanley Cup Finals as the winner of the Western Conference.



Prince of Wales Trophy
Awarded to the team which advances to the Stanley Cup Finals as the winner of the Eastern Conference.



Art Ross Trophy
Awarded to the player who leads the league in scoring points at the end of the regular season.

Calder Memorial Trophy
Awarded to the player selected as most proficient in his first year of competition in the NHL.

Conn Smythe Trophy
Awarded to the player judged most valuable to his team in the playoffs.

Vezina Trophy
Awarded to the goalkeeper judged to be best at his position as voted by the General Managers of each of the NHL clubs.

Awarded to the goalkeeper(s) who played for the team with the fewest goals scored against it.
