Couple rumours to talk about here.
First, we almost saw Scott Gomez go to Phoenix in a package deal last night. The deal fell through because Phoenix wanted a pick swap that Canucks would just not give up. (e86)
Secondly, as most GMs are aware of, Minnesota is desperately looking for a Defense, as he saw Brent Burns go down a couple games ago. Will he get his D man before the trade deadline passes? (e1)
Staying with the Wild, reports show he made a pack offer to St. Louis, looking to get the rights to the Sedins. Blues GM doesn't want to move the twins at this time though (e5)
Oilers and Thrashers may be making a buzz soon, as Oilers is interested in the recently acquired Bobby Hull. I imagine Messier or Gilmour would be heading back in a package deal.
