Anyone care if I step down as Carolina's GM and take over Philly?
I don't like Carolina, but I think I leave them in a great spot for a new GM to take over, as they will have Crosby + Ovechkin, etc.

that is three of us, I would like one more if we can and then go ahead. I would like to make Canes/Nash/STL available to other teams in the league if somebody wishes to change if people are ok with that. I am fine with having 3 open teams. If we can't fill them I'm not worried. But instead of having great players on these teams that won't be being used, if somebody wants to switch teams before the draft I would allow it. If everybody else is cool with that??

if we are always gonna 3 teams empty, which is about what it looks like. I would rather the GM's that are here atleast be happy. That is my issue
