Any ideas here? I don't want to give that team to some random, all of our waitlist guys are MIA right now anyways.

I noticed Cor has been on randomly. Maybe he would be willing to fill it up.

That or maybe try and track down Spitty

I was thinking Spitty, Scorch or Devilsfan. Considering the level of animosity Nemits had towards Cor I don't think giving Cor his team would be a good thing to do

Spitty is done and I don't think Scorch would want them. Why not offer them to a good gm with a weaker team already on this site?

Valid point. I just found Spitty and Scorch stay for a couple of months then leave.

A lot of GMs are attached to their teams, so I don't know how many people will want to change teams, but I definitely don't want to give these teams to random, mystery GMs.

Avs only have Messier really, I wouldn't care if a random got them.

And again, if we make sure that the new GMs don't trade their star players for trash 30 minutes after getting a team, I don't mind giving them to a random. A random could turn into a long timer (if that's even a word).

Personally I think Colorado overachieved mightily last year.

That's just how the game works. Teams that have a weak team on paper, somehow do pretty good. Look at Columbus. He barely can ice a full team, but with the likes of Bossy, Dionne and whoever else, that team wins. All about the production.

Great start for Colorado, giving away Messier for an 82 and 81 lol
Hopefully that gets better.
