Okay, the first ever Free agency was rockin'. A good time was had by all. But since, a minor feud broke out between Edmonton and a couple other members which results in this suggestion:
After the initial 24-hour bid-a-thon, I suggest all remaining UFAs remain open for the season. But here's the catch. Once someone places the first bid on them, they enter a 24-hour FA period, and after 24 hours of the first bid, the bidding on that left over UFA closes, and high-bidder gets him. Much like waiver claims, but with an auction. And as I said, it starts ONLY AFTER the first FA marathon closes, and ONLY on left-over guys without bids.
Was I clear enough in this?
