Hello Everyone,
I want to start off by saying, the first 8 seasons here on EA NHL Simulation has been outstanding! I have come to the conclusion that this team will be better suited being managed with a different GM. I have other opportunities, outside of hockey, that I am going to be testing. With this said, I am stepping down as GM of the Buffalo Sabres after 8 seasons. Hopefully, I will be back one day. Pitty and CLB, you both are doing a great job running this league, and I hope you guys can keep it going for a long time. All of the Mods, it's been fun getting to know all of you, and it's a great friendship formed over the internet. I'll be checking in periodically.
I will take questions now for anyone that has them.
Regards,
Buffalo Sabres GM devilsfan

As Jackets said, we're losing a great GM. Every season you worked as hard as you could to make your team, and that determination and dedication to our site is why I'm proud to announce you, devilsfan, as our second inductee to the EA NHL Simulation Hall of Fame. Your name will stay prominently etched in our league's history as one of the best.
Congratulations, hope to see you around again.

Sad to see you go man, you were a great GM and you'll be missed. Hopefully see you back here again soon.
On another note, it looks like the Northeast is getting a pretty big overhaul this offseason. Should make for an interesting season, for sure.

Sad to see you go, after you traded away all of the Sabres 1st, 2nd round picks for the upcoming draft with very little trade value in players a small roster and shitty goaltending. Yup, definitely a candidate for the Hall of Fame. lmao. What happened to the star players of the team?
Seriously though, looks like you were well liked here. So, good luck in your real life, outside of sim leagues.
