Without a salary cap it isn't fun IMO.  Just finished S3, won my second consecutive Stanley Cup title. Finshed Season 3 with my Toronto one, won the cup and then took a job with Philadelphia. Looking at it now, I almost re-built the whole team. The only players left from before I took over are van Riemsdyk, Gaborik, Allen, Meszaros, Volchenkov, and Coburn.
