I would place the lack of participation from others as accepting the new formats. They made their vote clear by not voting no, so at this point it's just a quick discussion ironing it out (as I think we did for a few options to make them clear) and then presenting them as "pick the one you're most interested in." Them not commenting doesn't mean they don't care. They may just want change but not mind which direction it goes enough to voice themselves.

Honestly at this point, you admins (Justin, Cranky, JM) need to just talk about it between you guys and then get to a final decision.

People voted for the format they wanted, now you guys just finalize it. We don't need to drag it out any longer
