If you guys don't know Ron Ross Roach then you don't know hockey. Plus hey ill take him. Make him an 88 or an 89 and ill switch out the goalie I have now with him. Plus I don't know half of the legends in this league and all on my team except Tim Horton. It's what makes it interesting. Plus mostly all the players you named above I don't know.

find me info on him, I can't find any anywhere. Just because he was a captain means nothing. He wouldn't even be an 87 without info

I am liking the idea of 1 tough guy a season though. Tiger Williams is a great choice. Doesn't necessarily need to be an ENF, but even if he is... it'll be awesome.

John Ross Roach (June 23, 1900 – July 9, 1973) was a Canadian ice hockey goaltender in the National Hockey League. Roach was known for his acrobatic style of goaltending. Roach was born in Port Perry, Ontario. He was a First Team All-Star during the 1932–33 NHL season. He won a Stanley Cup in 1922. His nicknames were "Little Napoleon", "The Housecleaner", and "The Port Perry Cucumber" He was one of only seven goalies in the NHL to captain his team when he was with the Toronto St. Patricks during the 1924-25 season. In 2009, Roach was ranked No. 64 on the all-time list of New York Rangers in the book 100 Ranger Greats (John Wiley & Sons).

Back in the 1920s, the NHL wanted to make games more time efficient. Therefore, the NHL decreed that each team must designate a single player to talk to referees. The only problem was that if the captain wasn't on the ice, his team couldn't talk to the referee. Obviously, that didn't make a lot of coaches happy.
Thus, the first goalie captain was born. In 1923, John Ross Roach, aka “Little Napoleon,” was appointed captain of the Toronto St. Patricks by coach Eddie Powers.

It is funny because the goalie needs permission to go over the center line. he actually even needs permission to go to the team bench or get a penalty now

That rule was made after the last goalie to be captain was stripped of captaincy. That's why Luongo couldn't be the captain.

Is Potvin in the league? He'd be cool to see.
D Randy Carlyle, G John Vanbeisbrock/Felix Potvin D Pat Quinn, RW Tie Domi, LW Wendel Clark, C Trevor Linden, LW Ziggy Palffy, RW Tiger Williams
I think that's a good class, Domi would be low 80's obvs. I'm not sure how many legends you guys do though
