I didn't technically offer you Zetts for Ovie Ducks. You asked about him, I asked if you'd move Ovie. That's all. No offer whatsoever.

You have yet to forward me an offer where you don't gain 2 or more overall points AND lose salary. And those are just the one-for-one offers!

I've gotten some shitty offers for Luongo, Gagne, and Carter. I Can't really remember the DETAILS though, but they were pretty raunchy.

This wasn't so much as a cappy offer but it was the most mindbogglingly pointless conversation that followed that made this such a stupid offer... So get ready! To make this look alot less confusing, i'm red, he's blue.
It starts off with the offer:
Pavelski80 PWF
for
Glukhov80 PWF
My first responce
no thanks, i'd be getting fucking in 2010 with that trade, pavelski had a great season last year while glukhov hasnt actually played a game in the NHL
His responce
Lol, he's in the KHL genius...btw if you have nhl 09, go and look at the ratings of the Russians -- high as fuck.
Besides, you're already fucked considering Kulyash is an 81 on this but a 79 in nhl 09...and he's ur top dman.
My 2nd responce
i knew that he was playing in the KHL, but the thing is alot of russian players are getting fucked in 2010, and even then pavelski played a much better season than glukhov so the overalls of 2010 wouldnt be close in comparison... and what does kulyash have to do with anything about this offer?
His last responce
You said you'd be fucking yourself over by getting another Russian, when you already have Russians on your team who will drop or stay the same (Kulyash=79).
The last responce
Good job on bringing Kulyash back into the conversation. Still as irrelevant as ever. Yes, Kulyash is on my team. Yes, Kulyash is Russian. Yes, Kulyash is going down in 2010. Is Kulyash part of this offer? No. Therefore, Kulyash = irrelevant so please stop bringing him up.
Now focusing on the actual somewhat relevant part of your reply...
Quote:You said you'd be fucking yourself over by getting another Russian, when you already have Russians on your team who will drop or stay the same
Yes I did say most Russians are getting fucked in 2010... Now put yourself in my shoes here. You get offered a Russian who has never played in NHL but only in the Super League/KHL (And like 5 games in AHL). Now, you know that Russians are taking a hit in 2010, so you ask yourself the question "Would i want to add MORE Russians to my roster?" I can take a wild guess that you'd say "Why, no, I wouldn't like to add another Russian to my roster because their ratings are taking a hit, and compared to a player like Pavelski who had a great season last year (both on the sim and in real life) and is bound to have an increased overall in 2010, i think taking the Russian would be a bad idea" Well that's what i thought too, cool right?
I'm sorry i'm coming off as a really huge dick right now, but honestly from my first reply i said pretty clearly that I wasn't interested because the potentials wouldn't balance out in 2010. Now i've repeated myself like 3 times and my answer is still no, because i still believe the potentials wont balance out, Russian or not. Pavelski had a better season last year and will be going up more than the player you offered me.
Haven't gotten anything back from that last responce so i guess that ended it lol
