They're the center of attention because people did something stupid by destroying their own city and because they didn't win what everybody from Vancouver said they'd win. Glad you're happy about that lol Most of the people who caused damage were Gangs and looters and thugs who said they would riot regardless of the outcome of the game. The other Real Canuck fans that took part were drunk and did what everyone else did, most of the drunk ones turned themselves in. There was over 100,000 people in Vancouver for the game but I'd say 2/3rds of those fans left.

When did they ever say they would riot regardless of the outcome?
And let's say George and I like the leafs the same amount. We make the playoffs and he joins the riots I don't. Does that make him any less of a leaf fan then I am? I don't really get this whole the Real Canuck fans are all good guys act.

It was on Global BC and The ones that turned themselves in / arrested rioters confessed. The other Civilians after the game ended told police. Real Fans would understand the situation. if it was a 3-2 loss in OT and Loungo or someone gave away the puck and somebody on Boston scored then I wouldn't blame them but when its 4-0 and you knew the fate of the Game since the 2nd period that's a different story.

That shirt says, "I'm on here for the riots," not, "I will riot no matter what the outcome."
So some of the rioters turned themselves in, clearly not all of them. Doesn't make you more of a fan or not. Just makes you a better person.
And that top post doesn't even make sense. lol

I was in Vancouver at the time I left before the cops came but I was making my way towards the sky train. This guy brought his truck to Georgia street not to far from where I was standing with my friends in the middle of the crowds people asked him what he was doing he said he was going to burn it after the game. Some guy chucked a beer bottle at my friends head. This was obviously planned Nucks.
Islanders your just like Atticus from to kill a mocking bird lol

It might have been planned by some, but not everyone who rioted was in on said plan. Some people joined in because they're douchebags.

I'm like the guy who believes in rights for everyone and fought for it? Thanks. I'd honestly like to think I was like that guy.

I'm just here for the riots means I'm just here for the riots...pretty plain and simple lol... I am (which would mean me) just here (which would mean going to be there due to either outcome) for the riots (which would mean win or loss, shit's going down) ---seems pre-planned to me. If we won i'll tell you this much....the same people would flip a car over and everyone who was drunk etc... would join because they're drunk etc... the cbc plaza didn't help by having thousands of people on the streets already.. The professional rioters were going to cause a riot win or loss. They know what they're doing, all it takes is one flipped car (which happened in the loss too) to start a chain of events. And once again the additional thousands and thousands of people watching the game on the streets didn't help. That's that. Now carry on with your summer
