Yes, I think the riot kinda makes you think after all that. I was only worried about you guys being down there. Would have been nice for you guys if they had won but just glad nobody from here was hurt. I hope all your friends are ok aswell.

I really thought this was the season Nucks. Wow We a Got a case of some Leafs fans here who are making fun of Vancouver when they havnt even tasted playoff hockey since 04 I think, btw when was the last time the leafs or any team in the NHL had a back to back art Ross winners who also had a team that won the Presidents trophy while going to the finals? And I wasn't disappointed , most of the people in the riot weren't even Canuck fans.

let it go bro, at the end of the day the canucks earned everything but the stanley cup. They screwed themselves out of that, but this team had one hell of a run.

ask most of the teams that have won the Presidents Trophy how much it means. Teams use to push like crazy for the Presidents till they realized it takes to much out of your team to do it. You better of having rested players ready to play with heart if you want the Stanley Cup. The Canucks looked drained out there, even in the games they won in the finals they didn;t look like themselves. Not that I ever expected to see Heart from Sedin's. But everybody looked dead most of the time accept Bieksa. Penguins have had alot of back to back Art Ross Trophy winners, but they also have Stanley Cups to go with them. Good Luck next year though, mayber the rest of team can make up for the lack of heart from Sedin's

Being a Leaf fan doesn't mean you can't be a hockey fan. Did anyone here even say anything about the Leafs? No. We're laughing at how you can even begin to blame the reffing on this series and coming up with excuses why the team lost. There are no excuses. Your boys didn't show up. They got outplayed. Simple as that.

Well and Thomas was in a zone. But yes they didn't really have any fight left. They really weren't there for any of the Finals games. Just got Lucks and won 3 of them.

Thomas didn't have to do anything this series; he lost the close games and won the easy games. Boston just flat out beat the Canucks. I have a feeling that the series would have been different if Hamhuis didn't get hurt in game 1, but what happened... happened. We gotta just hope we can just pull a pens and get back to the finals...and win.

And I wasn't disappointed , most of the people in the riot weren't even Canuck fans. You're really fucking dense. Alright, let's have a go at it then. 1. Canucks were injured? Who was injured for Vancouver in the finals? Hamhuis and Samuelsson? Oh. Fucking. No. Who was injured for Boston? There best center in Savard, who is arguably there best forward, and then you knock Horton (who had been one of their best forwards all playoffs) out. Needless to say Horton and Savard >>>>> Hamhuis and Samuelsson. 2. You lost because of the reffing? Are you fucking kidding me? In the final alone I caught 4 blatant penalties missed by the refs. One on Chara for high-sticking a guy, by accident but that's irrelevant, should have been a penalty. Now, the Canucks. First you get Higgins blatantly interfering with Chara, hitting him when the puck was nowhere near him, and from the blindside. Then you get good old Burrows, interfering with a Bruin who I cannot remember right now, but again another blatant interference call that went uncalled. Lastly you get Hansen (after he took the stupidest, most selfish penalty of the playoffs no less) spearing Mcquaid after the whistle. Just to be clear, I'm a Leafs fan, Boston is a NE division team and I dislike them immensely. I wanted Boston to make the finals so that we got our conditional second from the Kaberle trade, but after that, I would have preferred if Vancouver won to be honest. However, for you to blame it on injuries and reffing just shows you either didn't watch the games, you're a poor loser, or you're just really fucking dumb.

They'll bring up Burrows, Edler, Kesler and whoever else being hurt, but honestly, nobody is 100% in the cup final.
It's plain and simple, Boston outplayed Vancouver, and got what they deserved, the Stanley Cup.

I'll give them Kesler too, I forgot about him. As for Edler, if all he had was broken fingers, ehhh. I've had broken fingers before, and yeah they hurt, but it's not terribly bad. I haven't heard of a supposed Burrows injury.
