Just want to start this thread to see when we do go there how we will do things. One of the issues I am concerned with is getting 30 quality and active managers. So this is just an idea - 15Gms- each Gm has a team in East and a team in the West
Lets bounce somemore ideas here.

I'd be interested if you're the simmer. The 2 teams things makes me not interested though. Cap leagues are a decent amount of work to manage one team, nevermind two.

Ok looks like we could scratch the two teams. My only concern is getting 30 active GM's without having people in the league that I would want to kill. But if we do a Trade Moderators to go with the PR, I guess we could keep everybody in line.

I like the idea of a cap league, it prevents teams from becoming stacked. I don't know about the two teams though, it would be a lot of work.
It's got to stay realistic too. I don't think there should be free agent signings of players coming out of retirement or that haven't been in the league in 5 years all of a sudden signing contracts. Trade Mods with a PR would be a good idea too.
