For anyone who was a member on the now-defunct NHL Pro, you may recognize this game. The Predictor Game! Every week (sim time), myself, Detroit, or a Predictor supervisor (apply here if you want this job) will post 7 games (one for each day). Each team will post their prediction for the winner of each game. At the end of each month (not week), the results for the last month will be tabulated and the team with the most correct picks will be allowed to swap one of their players with one of the players in the list below (NOTE: the player on your roster must be at least within 5 overalls of the player you’re swapping with). Once Detroit begins to sim a week, the prediction thread for that week will be locked. The first Predictor thread will be posted soon, and will be December 1st-7th game time. The last week of predictor will be the last full week before the trade deadline. Once that week concludes, and the February winner is revealed (March will be tied into February, due to the fact that there are only 3 days in March before the trade deadline). After this, the results for the ENTIRE year will be tabulated, and the team with the most correct picks throughout the entire season will be that season’s overall champion, and will be allowed to pick ANY player that they choose from the list without having to give up a player of their own. Each season, new players will be added.
