 Gets:  Rookie Pick Rookie Pick Stephane Robidas (79) 1.5 UFA 10/11 Sam Gagner (77) 0.875 RFA 10/11 Gets: D Tomas Kaberle 4.250 82 (11/12) UFA C Kyle Turris 79 0.875 (11/12) RFA Condition: Dallas Stars only has his first round pick if he finishes bottom 5 in the league. In the event that he finishes 6th or better, Kaberle will be traded back to the Wild for Robidas. If he finishes bottom 5 the trade will stay as it is.

I would have rejected this.
Only because Minny loses 5 overalls correct? But gains two picks. In my opinion he should only get 1 of the picks. These picks are usually between 81-76, I'd say any player in there makes up for the loss of 5 overalls.
But it's already finalized pending Dallas accept, so meh.

And here's the reason, Philly hinted this to me, My Pick has a really good chance to be 1st Overall or top 2 so thats a 80-82 Plus Minny's will be about a 77 so thats

I agree with Dallas on this one because even if he doesn't get a top 5 pick, he'll get a top 10 pick and he would have to trade back Kaberle for Robidas!
