Also, it breaks down like this for the confused kids out there.  I trade Kovalev 81 and Franzen 77 to Buffalo for Semin 80 and Filppula 79. Then, BUF flips Franzen 77, Kasparaitis 78 and Kessel 82 to NJ for Elias 82, Sykora 79 and Vishnevski 76.

This is a 3-way trade. 3-way trades are always known like this. Technically, Kovalev goes from my team to BUF and Franzen goes from my team to NJ.

It is just like the Caroline/Edmonton/Los Angeles deal yesterday - Carolina was the middle team in that deal, Buffalo is the middle team in this one.
Philly what's wrong with the deal? overalls pretty much even out... lol
