There is a difference of 4 overalls in the trade. The picks don't make up enough. Philly needs to add something

I don't mind this trade, If we use the Wynne theory; it's going to be around a 4 overall difference, plus it's an upgrade at defense and Starting goalie. I'll accept.

plus its an upgrade for me in the OD and an upgrade in the draft pick [taking up for the loss of turco and my fifth] so i dont know how it could get rejected

I'm not really sure.
Tampa, just to let you know, you'd be luck to draft a 78 with that second overall, in the last draft I drafted a 79 in the FIRST round and then a 77 in the FIFTH round.
Don't overvalue that second rounder.
