I CAUGHT THIS AND I NOTIFIED THEM OF THIS!I'm not going to trade 1 pick to 2 people and it was an accident, Jackets said if i get another 5th in 2013(this year) i can give Sens that one, This is my first offence for this type of thing(and don't say it isn't) and i AM the only one who have done this to point it out to the League A first round pick given up as compensation for a 5th round pick is totally unfair and I believe the League would back me up on that along with Senetors himself This WAS a accident and i don't care if you think it is or not. I sent this Message to Jackets as well and he said in his replyu and i quote "You are a good quality member and I thank you for your honesty. Try and Fix it if you can. I'll trade you my 5th in 13 to help you out" I'm trying to get a hold of Senetors and will talk this one out with HIM, if he agrees to take a different 5th in 13 that i WILL acquire (as i have had negotiated/negotiating with alot of Gm's all afternoon) then we will do it that way. But me and Sens will agree to something and then you AND Jackets can have your say. Thanks Whor99  Calgary Flames GM |

Oh Yes, i offered my Pick (2013) to 2 teams Ottawa and Minny. So don't say i offered this pick to others.
I offered Islanders pick to others after the trade with Minny went through, and one of those teams was ottawa which it got moved in that deal 2 different Teams
I"M a Black Eye on this league??? I've NEVER been banned from this league or any other league that has gone a distance (NHL Pro, Man NHL, Spitfire's and Soon Warrior)
How could i have been a "nuisance" for the majority of Yesterday??? I was there for like 1 round and was expecting a break, so near mid round i started negotiations with Sens on the Deal we made, not looking at my Draft Pick page to try and get a deal done to post it during a break i was expecting, and to post it then, i saw Pens comment saying "we will continue" and then i said hold on there's a trade, and sens posted it, and it went through fairly quickly (2 mins) while it took Pens about 3 mins to stop arqueing me about it.
I hold no hard feelings about stuff said/done last night but Pens is so Fucking.....nevermind don't feel like getting banned. he just doesn't let stuff go which is my point.
So pens first Post (in his "punishment thread" is 95% UNACCURATE about what has happened and should not be considered to the League

I'm really not sure what to say.
I do agree a 1st is pretty harsh, I say just give Sens his 3rd.
That's all I'm saying, I'll let the admins deal with it.

Yes it is Pens, this is the first time i've ever potentially been punished in ANY league before, stop trying to make crap up and keep this between You, me, Jackets and Sens thats all who had to know about this, but it had to come to this, I'm trying to stay calm but your bring my nerves to their final line
I mean you brought this to the C-Box, Threads, when it could of only stayed in the PM department

lets keep this as gentlemen. Both are frustrated and we have all said things in life when frustrated. Lets keep this cool and fix it. NO black mark on this league is needed.

Cor99 is one of the most active GMs in almost any league. We NEED activity. Please limit the punishment for a 4th Rd pick as it is a FIRST offense that HAS been punished. Then next lawsuit should get a 1st Rd punishment if proven to give Cor99 a guilty verdict.
