this 85% rule is a great rule and should be left the way it is. this resigning system worked really well in pro except for a couple of instances which got sorted out by the staff members. Also, maybe next year come FA time, people will think twice about WAY overpaying a player and being stuck with their contract.

Hey, look at that, Anaheim involving me, again... I bid 7m on Shanahan, after that somebody bid $7,100,00, but then deleted their post, so now I got stuck with him, that is not what I wanted, so yea, I needed to auction him off. You bid on him. If that was not what you wanted, why did you bid it in the first place? Just because someone outbid you doesn't mean you didn't put the 7M bid in there in the first palce. Fool.

I think 85 is too big
I think it should be 75 so 3/4 of the contract
